With "Free" glass pans, you are free to cook, vacuum-pack, marinate, experiment, have fun, amaze and save.

Traditional oven baking, vacuum cooking, freezer or fridge storage, quick marinating: there are many possibilities offered by Free, the revolutionary glass pan from Magic Vac. Each Free glass pan includes an adapter necessary for air extraction with Magic Vac vacuum machines, and a special lever to facilitate opening the lid.

Free is made of borosilicate glass, steel, and silicone, Free goes straight from the freezer to the oven.

Instructions for use

• 1) Suitable for use in freezer. Perform vacuum operations at room temperature only.
• 2) Suitable for contact with foods.
• 3) Defrosting in conventional/fan oven or, without lid, in microwave oven.
• 4) GLASS PAN
  Hand-wash or dishwasher safe.
• 4) LID
  Hand-wash or dishwasher safe. For added vacuum assurance, remove the valve and gasket, wash them with warm water and mild detergent. Then, reassemble the valve onto the lid ensuring all tabs are visible. Reassemble the gasket and valve, making sure the components are dry and there are no residues between the valve and the lid.
